How did it all start?

Chef Nicolò, born in 1998 and raised in Trentino Alto Adige, and Pastry Chef Beatrice, born in 1995 and raised in Piemonte, welcome you to AROMA~ Italian Experience.

The culmination of a dream that started long ago, Nicolò grew up in the family gastronomy business where his grandparents taught him the traditional dishes of Trentino. After graduating from culinary school, he entered the professional world, driven by curiosity and a constant desire to improve.

Beatrice, on the other hand, spent entire afternoons in her grandmother's pastry shop, admiring her work and having fun with her hands in the dough.

After earning her diploma in Accounting, she attended a renowned Pastry Academy, which introduced her to the world of hospitality.

It was through cooking that the two met, and together, day by day, they nurtured their love and their shared dream of opening their own restaurant.

During a journey to discover new cultures and flavors, they arrived in Thailand and decided that it would be their starting point. Thus, on December 1st, AROMA was born.
